Is that allowed to wish someone on his/her Birthday? Is that allowed to gift someone on his/her Birthday? Is that allowed to arrange and provide foods (Lunch/Dinner) on birthdays to friends and family? Is that allowed cutting and sharing Cakes on Birthdays? to make that day a joyful day...

No. The Prophet(saw) never celebrated his birthday nor incouraged the practise of it. To do any thing that is in the question is a bidah. In the book Celebrations And Festivals in Islam, this is talked about in a heavy way. But agian no none of that is permissable.
