Hadith - Bukhari 7:494 Narrated Abu 'Amir or Abu Malik Al-Ash'ari that he heard the Prophet saying, "From among my followers there will be some people who will consider illegal sexual intercourse, the wearing of silk, the drinking of alcoholic drinks, and the use of musical instruments as lawful. And (from them), there will be some who will stay near the side of a mountain, and in the evening their shepherd will come to them with their sheep and ask them for something, but they will say to him, 'Return to us tomorrow.' Allah will destroy them during the night and will let the mountain fall on them, and Allah will transform the rest of them into monkeys and pigs and they will remain so till the Day of Resurrection." Rasul Allah (sal Allahu alaihi wa sallam) said: “Allah Mighty and Majestic sent me as a guidance and mercy to believers and commanded me to do away with musical instruments, flutes, strings, crucifixes, and the affair of the pre-Islamic period of Ignorance.” [Abu Dawud] Some hadiths on the matter. http://dailyhadith.adaptivesolutionsinc.com/hadith/Musical-Instruments.htm read this explanation it's not too long but explains it well. If you ask a question always ask for verses from the Quran and hadiths, as it's proof, and nowadays anyone can write anything, and some thinks there opinions right. |

My friend ! It cannot be haram In my opinion ! Becoze , music is everywhere , even you go to shopping center you here music , when you watch tv you hear music . Music is something that makes you brain sleep ... It makes you happy or sad . Music is like a mirror , it shows feelings ... It cannot be haram , some imams says that , "Quran says its haram" , but dont believe them . In Quran there is nothing about music . If you love it , play it ! I play guitar :) |
