if a female is on there time of the month are they allowed to go masjid,touch the quran, read the quran, and make dua and pray?

@Sadie the answer which you have accepted as right is in fact wrong. A female may touch the quran when they are impure if they have a reason such as memorisation of the quran. Speaking from experience

 When a woman is in the state of her monthly impurity, she is not required to offer salat, cannot touch Quran but can recite what they have in their heart. Going to the mosque is not essential for women, instead, it is afzal for them to offer salat at their home, rather in the innermost part of their house, in accordance with a hadith. Dua to Allah can be done under all conditions all the time.

wrong!! she cannot read any ayat from Quraan that is in her heart except if she does it with intention of asking duah like surah fatiha, 4 Quls, ayat ul kursi,
