Will there be punishment in the grave before Judgment Day? please provide reference from Quran or Hadith. |

Allah Says in Quran Surah Al-Imran Chapter 3, Verse 185: “Every soul will taste death, and you will only be given your [full] compensation on the Day of Resurrection. So he who is drawn away from the Fire and admitted to Paradise has attained [his desire]. And For the life of this world is but comfort of illusion". So, we should remember that the soul will not die; but the death of the body will give a taste of death to the soul when the soul separates from the body. The soul will then know that this life was but a probation. And seeming inequalities will be adjusted finally on the Day of Judgement. |
