Salat Times

I’m a pilot and recently joined international airline. Is it a must for me to fast while at work? Some of the flights are 6 to 8 hours long and we fly either east or west, can you tell me how can I start or break my fast with different time zones. And which country’s sunset and sunrise timing should I use, the one I left or the one I’m flying to?

Its about the distance, if you are traveling about 50 miles out of where you reside then you should not fast, and presuming you will make up for the missed days later on InshAllah.
