Now updated: Ramadan calendar -

I am 16 years old and ever since I was young I used to be so angry and yell at my mum and brother over the most stupid things

Today I yelled at my mum up to the point she started crying - I don't know how to control myself I was yelling over the most stupid thing (I asked her to bring a cake mix and it's icing but there was no icing left in the shop so I got angry because she didn't get a cookie mix or brownie mix)

I made her feel like crap, I belittled her I shout at her and she is just laying there on her bed

I am so crazy I don't know what's wrong with me I shout at her every week or even everyday over something stupid Then she goes in her room and I don't realise but now I do I think she goes and cries

She suffers from depression and even prays to Allah for him to take her life It's Ramadan and I am disgusts in myself I've only just realised what I'm doing is horrible It's like I have no feelings for her Ever since I can remember I have been like this to my mum I just wish I was never born I have made her life miserable she has done so much for me and I repay her like this!! I am disgusting and I have been crying for an hour straight and whilst I am typing this

Please I need advice or something I need help I just want to die I don't know why I always yell at her I don't know what's wrong with me please unjust need help

I am even thinking about asking Allah to take my life he may listen since it Ramadan - I am religious, I pray I do everything I can to please Allah and my mm is such a good muslims mashallah she is better than me

But I don't know what to do I have been like this since I was young and I don't know what to do I feel so guilty and horrible I appologise to her and I say I won't do it again then I do it again!! I am so horrible the things I say to my mum I am so mean I just want to die and leave my mums life I cause her such misery yet she still forgives me and loves me

What do I do? If suicide wasn't Haraam I probably would just end my life instead of asking this question this is the state I am in Please I don't know what to do! I have nobody to talk to about this!!

Mothers in Islam are highly honored. Islam recommends treating them in the best way.

A man came to the Prophet Muhammad and said, “O Messenger of God! Who among the people is the most worthy of my good companionship?” The Prophet said: {Your mother.} The man said, “Then who?” The Prophet said: {Then your mother.} The man further asked, “Then who?” The Prophet said: {Then your mother.} The man asked again, “Then who?” The Prophet said: {Then your father.}

In Islam, it is not enough that we only pray for our parents, but we should act with limitless compassion, remembering that when we were helpless children, they preferred us to themselves. Mothers are particularly honored. When Muslim parents reach old age, they are treated mercifully, with kindness and selflessness.

In Islam, serving one’s parents is a duty second to prayer, and it is their right to expect it. It is considered despicable to express any irritation when, through no fault of their own, the old become difficult.

God has said: Your Lord has commanded that you worship none but Him, and that you be kind to your parents. If one of them or both of them reach old age with you, do not say to them a word of disrespect, or scold them, but say a generous [kind] word to them. And act humbly to them in mercy, And lower unto them the wing of submission [obedience] and humility [humbleness, modesty] through mercy [compassion], and say, “My Lord, have mercy on them, since they cared for me when I was small.” (Quran, 17:23-24)

Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) said: "I have left among you two things ; you will never go astray as long as you hold fast to them: the Book of Allah (Quran) and my Sunnah." (Al-Hakim)

Qur’an is Guidance for Everybody. But what is imp. is whether I follow it or not If I end up in paradise.. Successful; if all end up in paradise except me (may Allah forgive me).. It is a complete loss for me.

1) Pause for a minute

2) Take a deep breath.

That breath you just took is only from the Mercy of Allah.

Did you thank Allah for that breath?

2) You can say "Al-ham-du-lillah"...It means "All praise is due to Allah".

Allah says in Quran Surah Al-Baqara [2:153] “O you who have believed, seek help through patience and prayer. Indeed, Allah is with the patient.”

Allah says in Quran [94:6] “Verily, along every hardship comes relief”

Allah says in Quran [39:53] Say: "O My servants, who have transgressed against themselves (by committing evil deeds and sins)! Despair not of the Mercy of Allah, verily Allah forgives all sins. Truly, He is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful”. In other words Never lose hope in the Mercy of Allah.

Remember Brother, Who is our enemy? Shaitaan.

Shaitaan plan: To take us to hellfire.

Shaitaan strategy (step by step)

Shaitaan’s Most Important Strategy: Don’t get attached to the book of Allah (Quran)

Al-Qur’an helps us in taking refuge in Allah from Shaitaan Al-QURAN SHOWS US all kinds of attacks of Shaitaan and also as to how we can save ouwself

People take so much pride in having precious items...Qur’an is the ultimate possession, only if you realize it!!!

A noble laureate writes a letter to YOU.. how to be successful. You will read it 10 times. Here is a book … Preserved 1400 years. IT IS FOR OUR GUIDANCE…

According to a research in Harvard University, when a person gets a job or promotion, 85% of the time it is because of ATTITUDE, and only 15% of the time because of intelligence and knowledge of specific facts and figures. It applies everywhere

By Every Breath And By Every Heartbeat, Allah Has Blessed You Once Again. And, Never Will You Be Able To Count The Blessings Of Allah.

May Allah Guide us to Straight Path. Ameen Summaameeeen

Growing up I had heard of hadith (Prophetic sayings) such as, “Your paradise lies under the feet of your mother”.

The Quran states, “We have enjoined on man kindness to his parents; in pain did his mother bear him, and in pain did she give him birth” (46:15).

The verse acknowledges the debt each of us owes to our parents and particularly our mothers. It is said that every deed or virtue in this world has its reward and these are often described in the Quran and hadith. But the pain of childbirth is so far beyond anything we can imagine that the reward promised to us is also far beyond what we can imagine. There is a famous story about one of the companions of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him):

Abdullah Ibn ‘Umar saw a Yemeni man performing Tawaf (circumambulating the Ka’bah in Mecca) while carrying his mother on his back. This man said to Abdullah Ibn ‘Umar, “I am like a tame camel for her! I have carried her more than she carried me. Do you think I have paid her back, oh Ibn ‘Umar?” Abdullah Ibn ‘Umar replied, “No, not even one contraction!!” (Source: Al-Adab al-Mufrad Bukhari, 1/62)

The idea about paradise being under the feet of a mother is teaching us how to fulfil our Creator’s command and earn our place in paradise in the process. Our faith encourages us to serve our parents, to have reverence for them, to take care of them and show them mercy in their old age as a means for us to attain bliss in another life. Curiously, the word for mercy in Arabic (rahma) comes from the same root as the word for womb (rahm). Mercy is also considered to be one of the attributes of God, represented through one of His beautiful names (ismul husna): Ar-Rahman, the merciful, and Ar-Raheem, the One who bestows mercy.

THINK, for a moment! How much she sacrificed for YOU. The agony & pain she went through all the years. It was for YOU, only for YOU.

She was there every time you cried, when a baby........YOU started growing!

She jumped with joy, When you first stood up on your tender feet,....YOU grew confident!

She celebrated with happiness on your first birthday....YOU ate the cake!

She gave you sweets,On your first day to School.....YOU enjoyed the whole!

She bought YOU new clothes, Instead of sari for herself....YOU showed off to your friends!

She took you to the doctor, When you were sick.......YOU recovered your health!

She quarreled with her friend, When you fought with her friend’s kid; to prove you innocent & gave up her friend.....YOU cared less for her loss!

She gave you her savings, to buy your bicycle.....YOU rode with pride!

She cooked your favorite breakfast,On your first day to Office......YOU became independent!

She waited at the door On your first Salary day, only to seek God’s blessings.....YOU already celebrated with your friends!

She blessed your love marriage,When you came home married.....YOU shared your love with your spouse!

She’s now old and lonely, still thinking of YOU. Remember! All that she had, she gave it to YOU.......Show your love before you feel it is too late

Again, THINK, for a moment! How much she sacrificed for YOU. The agony & pain she went through all the years. It was for YOU, only for YOU.

Give her your time, a bit of your love for that is all she desires. Tell her that you love her and care too.

She’s with YOU, no matter where r u!

One day a man came to see the Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him. It seemed that he was trying to solve something but couldn't quite work it out. So he asked the Prophet. ''Tell me, O Prophet!'' I have many relatives and many friends whom I love, and whom I wish to care for and help. But I often find it difficult to decide which of them has the greatest claim upon me? Which of them should come first?'' The Prophet replied immediately, ''Your mother should come first and before all others.''

The most beautiful thing in this world is to see your parents smiling, and the next best thing is to know r the reason behind that SMILE.

Aoa, Brother, this issue cannot be addressed through advices. You need to get your heart changed. Because you know you have done something wrong and always do the same but cannot change yourself.

You need to work on your heart and I can tell you the best way of changing your life. in 2nd last ayat of Surah Al-Araf Allah set says, remember me in your heart day and night and don't be of the unheedful.

All you have to do is sit in a quite place facing towards Qibla, close your eyes and lips, take a deep breath and remember the name ALLAH going straight in your heart and when you release your breath recall the name HOO hits your heart. Keep doing thins as long as you can.

Repeat this twice a day (once in morning and once in evening/night) for at least one month and do not bring a gap in between the two times.

This is called Qalbi zikar, for more details or visit

Inshallah Allah swt will help you provided your niyat is right ( to get help from Allah and people can not help you in this regard)
