Salam, You can congratulate him/her, you can make Dua to Allah that guide him/her to the deep of Islam if more, then you can gift him/her any Islamic book, that will make him/her more happy. |

I am a recent revert to Islam. There is so much to learn, it can be very overwhelming. It is very important that you encourage your friend to stay strong and continue learning. Spend time with your friend so it will be an easier adjustment for him. |

oh yes, one more thing, don't leave them alone, make a great silahturahim with them, many new muslim revert said, after they revert to Islam, muslim leave them alone. play with them, you can have iftar together, you can invite them to your house, teach them how to recite Al-Qur'an, how to perform Salat, maybe you can play video games together with them (if you are a gamer), you can go together to a mosque and attend some tausiyah my point is have silahturahim with them, don't leave them alone |
