Ramadan fasting

1	I began Ramadan fasting in the country of my residence and then travelled to my home country where Ramadan started a day later. So the 30th day of fasting here happens to be the 31st day for me. Do I fast or not? If I dont fast I will not be celebrating Eid either because the Eid here is on the next day. Please advise.

2	I think I need to observe the fasting days as observed in the place where I am now and celebrate Eid on the day it is celebrated here; I will be fasting for 31 days. The extra day will be a "nafeel" fast.
