Does any of Prophet Muhammad's (PBUH) relatives living in this World now?

Does any of Prophet Muhammadh's (PBUH) relatives living in this World now? if they live? where do they live? how could we identify them?

I need a vast explanation about this...

Of course they live. also the people of Ansar still live today ,But the location is unknown.
