ANSWER PROVIDED BY MUFTI NAUSHAD SIR. If the situation is like this, you gain when market rise and you loss when market falls. Then it is Halal. If you gain when market rise and not loss when market falls, then it is haram. |

i think this is halal, because we can't predect we get profit only. This is one of the bussiness, we got profit or loss |
