@asif: I am facing login problem from today. I am giving my local username and password to login but it say... Login failed. Please enter valid username and password (both are case-sensitive). This user is not a valid user. This all happened because I clicked forgot password and logged in with temporary access key. And after providing the right username and password it says. Login failed. I am unable, not only I, everyone is facing problem in changing password. As after clicking authentication setting it says... 500 Server Error sorry, system error system error log is recorded, error will be fixed as soon as possible. please report the error to the site administrator if you wish. |

@Irfan Alam - I have tested the feature and it all seems to work fine. Are you receiving an email at the registered email address with a link to reset your password? And when you click this link, are you making sure you are choosing a new password to set? @asif: I am getting temporary key to my email account. Then I move to home page, and clicking my name, then user tool, then authentication setting for changing password. Feel this problem by yourself. Just click forgot password while logging and provide your email account to reset password. @TeenMuslim: you are getting somehow reset password page but I dont getting even the reset page. It says 500 server error....

Fixed. The administrator resetted my password to default and informed me the default password via email. I successfully used the default password to login and changed my password accordingly. THANK YOU THE ADMINISTRATOR, ASIF. |

@asif: the authentication setting problem is since the new software installed to Islam.com website. You are using Beta version. Why dont you using standard version? 45 days has been passed since @TeenMuslim informed you about this problem. But you dont fix it yet. Validate email is also not working. Seems you dont getting the actual cause of this problem. I recommend you to Re-Install the OSQA standard version software to this website. Please implement this function also, login with Google, facebook, twitter etc |

@asif: look on this matter and fix it as early. I have requested 7 times temporary login from today' s morning.
@asif: Aren't you aware of the problem?? Its 7 days passed, no solution yet. Logged in with temporary key.....
Closed again by IRFAN ALAM as it was reopened due to the reason that Asif and I tried to close the question at the same time, first response by Asif closed the question, second response by Irfan Alam opened the question.
