Assalamu Alaikum. My friends want to sell a mobile phone with tk 28000 and If I sell this phone with tk 31000 and If I take the rest tk 3000 as a profit. Will It be halal? I WILL BE GLAD TO YOU IF YOU ANSWER THIS WITH REFERENCE TO THE QURAN AND HADITH. |

Walaikumassalam, You cannot sell others mobile by taking profit. If u buy it then it will become yours after that u can sell it. What ever profit gains that will be halal. |
